1. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY SCOUT GUIDE
“Personal Information” means all personally-identifiable information (including but not limited to your name, physical addresses, credit or debit card information, home and mobile telephone numbers, birth date, e-mail/IP addresses, or other contact information) that you submit when accessing the Site or in connection with the Scout Guide Offerings.
Scout Guide does not collect Personal Information unless you voluntarily submit such information to Scout Guide when you use the Scout Guide Offerings, send inquiries to Scout Guide, or participate in certain activities on the Site. Scout Guide assumes no responsibility for securing any other content you submit on the Site or otherwise in order to receive Scout Guide Offerings. Scout Guide has no obligation to use, or solicit or enable others to use, for any purpose, any content you submit.
2. USE/DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER INFORMATION COLLECTED BY SCOUT GUIDE
Scout Guide will not disclose, use, or sell your Personal Information to third parties except as set forth herein. 3. ADDITIONAL PRIVACY PROTECTIONS FOR CHILDREN
Neither the Site nor the Scout Guide Offerings are designed for or targeted to children under the age of 13. Scout Guide will never knowingly solicit or collect the Personal Information of a child under the age of 13 through the Site or the Scout Guide Offerings unless such Personal Information is submitted by that child’s parent or guardian in connection with the Scout Guide Offerings. If Scout Guide reasonably believes that Personal Information of a child under the age of 13 has been submitted to the Site or the Scout Guide Offerings by a child under the age of 13, Scout Guide will immediately delete such Personal Information.

Scout Guide assumes no responsibility for the security of any Personal Information you submit. Scout Guide reserves the right to update or otherwise alter our security practices if and when we deem appropriate.
5. COMMUNICATIONS WITH YOU
We reserve the right to contact you regarding matters relevant to the Site or the Scout Guide Offerings. If you do not wish to receive communications from us, you may opt-out at any time. Requests to opt-out of receiving email or postal mail from us may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Opt-out requests will be processed within ten (10) business days.
6. REVIEWING, UPDATING, OR DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Parents or guardians who submit their child’s Personal Information to the Site or otherwise in connection with the Scout Guide Offerings may review such Personal Information, have the Personal Information deleted, or request that there be no further collection or use of the child’s Personal Information. To review, delete, or request no further collection or use of your child’s Personal Information, please mail, fax or email your request to the address below. Your request must contain your child’s name, your name, your relationship to the child, your signature, and the date of your request and is subject to verification by Scout Guide.
